Xcdule is free to download and register. Some features or listings may require a subscription or one-time fee.Pricing for Customers:
Prices for services are set by the service providers (businesses) listed on the platform. Xcdule does not control or influence these rates.Pricing for Service Providers:
Businesses may be charged listing fees, commission on completed bookings, or subscription plans to access premium features. Details are visible in the business dashboard.Taxes:
All prices may include applicable taxes based on the provider’s or customer’s location.Changes:
Xcdule reserves the right to modify pricing plans or fees with prior notice. Changes will not affect payments already made.
2. Payment Policy
All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
Users must ensure they have valid payment methods linked to their account.
Xcdule does not store any credit card or banking details.
3. Refund Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific service provider. Some may allow full or partial refunds, others may be non-refundable.Business-Initiated Cancellations:
If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund.Subscription Refunds (for Businesses):
Monthly or annual subscription fees paid by service providers are non-refundable once charged, except in the case of a billing error.Dispute Resolution:
