Pricing and Refund Policy

1. Pricing Policy

  • Service Access:
    Xcdule is free to download and register. Some features or listings may require a subscription or one-time fee.

  • Pricing for Customers:
    Prices for services are set by the service providers (businesses) listed on the platform. Xcdule does not control or influence these rates.

  • Pricing for Service Providers:
    Businesses may be charged listing fees, commission on completed bookings, or subscription plans to access premium features. Details are visible in the business dashboard.

  • Taxes:
    All prices may include applicable taxes based on the provider’s or customer’s location.

  • Changes:
    Xcdule reserves the right to modify pricing plans or fees with prior notice. Changes will not affect payments already made.

2. Payment Policy

  • All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Users must ensure they have valid payment methods linked to their account.

  • Xcdule does not store any credit card or banking details.

3. Refund Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific service provider. Some may allow full or partial refunds, others may be non-refundable.

  • Business-Initiated Cancellations:
    If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

  • Subscription Refunds (for Businesses):
    Monthly or annual subscription fees paid by service providers are non-refundable once charged, except in the case of a billing error.

  • Dispute Resolution:
    For any dispute related to payments or refunds, users should contact customer.care@xcdule.com within 7 days of the transaction.
